How to Place an Ad on the Top Bar

Using a HTML/Javascript Code

If you were given an HTML or Javascript Code then follow these steps.

1. Go to “Appearance” then “Widgets”.

2. Click on the “Text” widget then choose “Top Bar”.

3. Place your HTML/Javascript Code in the Text Widget box under “Content”.

4. Click “Save” then view your blog.

Using an Image and a Link

If you are using an image and a link please follow these steps.

1. You will first need to install a plugin called “Image Widget”. Go to “Plugins” then “Add New”.

2. In the search box type in “Image Widget… click “Install Now” then “Activate”.

3. Now go to “Appearance” then “Widgets”.

4. Click on “Image Widget” and choose “Top Bar”.

5. Select your image and insert your link. You may want to remove the title is one is present.

6. Click “Save” then view your blog.
